Brazoria County Long-Term Recovery Executive Committee

•  Engage in strategic planning, focused action and ongoing assessment to assure the success of the entire effort.
•  Provide coordination and support for work of all Standing Committees
•  Put the necessary accounting and fiscal procedures to assure the fiscal integrity of all organizational efforts
•  Recruit and hire key staff and volunteers who will support the work of the Brazoria County Long-Term Recovery Committee and the Standing Committees
•  Coordinate the work of all other Committees, which are needed to better enable the work of the Standing Committees.
